No unfortunately you can get these only on Prescription it is classified as a POM medicine which means it is Prescription only medication. You would most probably get it somewhere on a black market or something but what you will actually be taking is not predictable...and can actually harm your health even. Premarin is licensed and the product was severely tested to see under which conditions it is stable, suitable...etc...Go get your doc to prescribe it ot you.
